How Dura-Line Corporation leverages DAM for successful sales enablement

While 2020 was a year of pause for many enterprises around the world, the international telecommunications company, Dura-Line Corporation, spent the year pursuing a powerful digital strategy that has both united and transformed its sales and marketing functions. Armed with a new collection of modern marketing technologies anchored by the Digizuite™ DAM, the Dura-Line marketing team has revolutionized the sales cycle for every member of their global salesforce. 

It all started in 2018, when Tanya Kanczuzewski, Dura-Line's Senior Senior Marketing and Communications Manager, tasked Delaware Consulting with identifying the technology solutions that would: 1. allow her marketing team to more efficiently manage their digital real estate and to streamline digital marketing execution, and 2. provide Dura-Line's 150 sales representatives with the tools that would allow them to instantly differentiate their products from those of competitors. 

Based on Delaware Consulting’s expert recommendation, Dura-Line procured the Digizuite digital asset management (DAM) platform, Episerver’s content management system (CMS), and inRiver’s product information management (PIM) solution – three solutions that fully integrate with one another to provide the complete set of functionalities that Kanczuzewski had specified. 

With Delaware Consulting managing the simultaneous implementation of all three solutions, Dura-Line went live with the Digizuite™ DAM, Episerver CMS, and inRiver PIM this year. And even amid the unprecedented events of 2020, Kanczuzewski said that her team has already realized the immediate vision they had laid out for their sales and marketing processes.  

The Digizuite™ DAM especially has enabled Kanczuzewski to further align sales and marketing – to give all Dura-Line reps the precise assets they need to both initiate more conversations and to turn these interactions into palpable sales opportunities.

If I’m describing something, I can’t guarantee that our customers are going to be able to form the right picture in their heads. But, I can show them a picture or video and they instantly understand how a problem is solved and how a product functions. That’s why I need all of our salespeople to have access to assets at their fingertips, and to be able to search for and identify exactly what they need instantly…with Digizuite, it’s a reality.”
