The newest release of Digizuite’s Media Manager, version 5.4, is now available for implementation. With this new version, users will enjoy a revamped UI/UX, unified user lifecycle management, Single-Sign-On (SSO) in Digizuite™ Mobile, and overall better and stronger performance.

All updates were made in the spirit relentless customer focus in mind – to empower users to search, find, and manage digital assets super quickly and intuitively. Here are some version 5.4 highlights:

UI & UX Improvements

Research and Development teams incorporated customer feedback when making UI improvements in Digizuite™ Media Manager. When logging in, there is a new way of accessing the profile settings, and a more intuitive way of adding multiple assets to a collection.

Unified user lifecycle management (Single-Sign-On)

Users of version 5.4 will also experience unified user lifecycle management: all tasks surrounding Single-Sign-On (SSO) will be easier with a centralized place for managing users, and users will be able to use their single login to sign into any of Digizuite’s tools.

With these changes, onboarding new employees becomes much faster and easier. They will be able to log into new tools without involving third parties. At the same time, admins are always in charge of user management control settings and changes, so security is never an issue.

Digizuite™ Mobile 1.1

Imagine being able to get access to your digital assets on the go — even when your Internet connection is unreliable. Using Digizuite’s mobile app, all approved brand assets are accessible right from your pocket.

Accessing your DAM software from your smartphone, users can download relevant assets and access when they are onsite with customers and prospects, even if it’s offline. As a result, companies reduce their risk of unintentionally using last year’s campaign materials and achieve faster times-to-market.

Organizations who rely on our Media Manager for sales enablement will empower their field sellers, distributors, and resellers with the gift of efficiency – giving them more time to sell as a result of decreasing their time spent on mundane and repetitive tasks.

Introducing Single-Sing-On in your favorite app

We’re introducing even more modern, sophisticated features to enhance your mobile experience. The Single-Sign-On feature that you already know and love from Digizuite™ Media Manager is now included in your Digizuite™ Mobile app. This means that you can log in to the app without having to type your credentials each time -the same way you do with the Digizuite™ Media Manager.

Smooth and fast login

With SSO, users always have easy access to Digizuite™ DAM, even on the go.
